I can't log in to my child's player account

If you've forgotten the class code, player name, or password for your child, use these steps to recover them.

You will only need to login as a player on Teach Your Monster to Read. All other apps it is best to use your user account (email/password) to login.

I'm using an account from a school / a teacher

If a school or teacher gave you your player details, it's best to contact them to recover your login.

I'm using my own account

If you're using your own account and you've forgotten your player login details, here's how to get them back:

  1. Log in to your user account.
    ​

  2. Find the player you want the details for.
    ​

  3. Click on the 3 dots next to their player name.
    ​

  4. Download the password card for that player.
