For a quick and handy turoial, please watch our 'How to change password settings on the web' video here.

Password settings can be changed at the global level. Only teachers can change password settings for players so not everyone will see this option.

1. Select 'Change password settings' from the global 'Actions' dropdown button.

2. You can then choose which setting you'd like. This will apply to all your players.

Auto generated passwords: This setting automatically generates a unique log in password for your players. This is usually a mix of letters and numbers.

No password: This removes the password from all players. Students will only need to input their name (and class code) when logging in.

Editable passwords: This means you can edit each player's password using the player's individual menu. See below.

3. Press 'Confirm password settings' to save.

Editable passwords:

Once you have selected and confirmed 'Editable passwords', edit an individual player's password by clicking the three dots next to their name and selecting 'Edit password'.

You'll need to click 'Confirm' to save the new password.
