Note: You can only change your password via our website page, not inside the app.
If you're already logged in
Head over to the 'Account settings' page via the 'Account' dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner of our webpage.
In the 'Change my details' section, enter your newly desired password.
Click the 'Update details' button.
Your new password is all set!
Note: You may need to sign in again on any devices where you used your old password.
If you've forgotten your password and can't log in
Click the 'Forgot your password' link
Enter the email address associated with your account
Look in your inbox for a password reset link
