How do I delete my account?

Permanently delete your Teach Your Monster account

🛑 Warning: Deleting your account is irreversible! To protect your privacy, we are unable to undelete user accounts once you've deleted them.

To delete your account on the web:

To irreversibly delete your account, you need to:

  1. Sign in to your account
    ​

  2. Head over to the Account Settings page (from the 'Account' dropdown menu on the top right).
    ​

  3. Scroll down to "Delete your account".

  4. Please read the description and make sure you want to proceed with deleting your account—you will lose all your players, groups, and settings.
    ​

  5. Click "Delete my account".
    ​

  6. Press OK on any prompts to confirm deleting your account.
    ​

  7. Your account is now deleted.

To delete your account on the app:

  1. Sign in to your account.
    ​

  2. Click on the cog in the top right-hand corner to enter the settings.
    ​

  3. Enter your date of birth.
    ​

  4. Click 'Delete my account'

  5. Read the pop up and make your choice!
