You can download certificates and rewards from the individual menu on the 'players & groups' tab. It is the one with the medal icon. You can download:
Player certificates
Rewards
When you select the medal icon, you will see a list of certificates and rewards that the individual player has earned. These are marked with a tick. When selected your download will then start.
