We understand that our games won’t be right for everyone and that sometimes a refund is necessary.
While we would like to provide your refund personally, the app stores generally handle refunds themselves. If you've bought one of our apps and would like a refund, you can request it from the app store where you purchased the app. Please read on for further information.
Purchased on Apple App Store (iOS):
Apple currently handles all cancellation and refund requests directly. You will need to contact Apple's support team for them to provide a refund.

Purchased on Google Play Store (Android):
For the first 14 days after your app purchase, you can go to Google Play directly for a refund. You can visit the Google Refund page to start this process.
After the initial 14 days have passed, you can also request a refund from us, here at Teach Your Monster. In order to process a refund, we will need your Order Number. You can find this number on the Order Receipt email you received from Google Play after purchase. Your order number will start with ‘GPA’ and be followed by a series of numbers.
When you’ve located your GPA number, you can send it through to our support team at [email protected]. Please include ‘Refund Request’ in the subject line and your ‘GPA’ order number in the body of the message. Our team will respond and process the refund as soon as we can, providing we have the above information.
If we’ve successfully managed to process a refund, payments for confirmed refunds can take between 7-10 business days. If your refund is taking longer than expected, check your refund status on your Google Payments account. If the status is "Refunded," you will see a credit on your form of payment. If 7-10 business days have already elapsed, please check your bank account to verify the funds were originally deducted. You can also reach out to Google Play directly here.
Purchased a Teach Your Monster app on Amazon:
Amazon currently handles all cancellation and refund requests directly. To apply for a refund, please follow these steps:
Sign in to your Amazon account
Once you're signed in, hover over the "Accounts & Lists" dropdown menu at the top-right corner of the page. From the menu that appears, select "Your Account"
On the 'Your Account' page, scroll down to the "Digital content and devices" section and click on the "Content and devices" option.
You'll see different tabs here. Click on the 'Apps' tab. You'll see a list of your purchased apps and subscriptions. Locate the Teach Your Monster app you wish to refund.
Click the three dots next to the app subscription to access additional options and choose "Request a refund”. Amazon may ask you to provide a reason for the refund request. Choose a reason from the available options or enter a specific explanation.
Click on the "Submit" button to submit your refund request.
Please note that the refund process and eligibility may vary depending on factors as per Amazon's policy for refunds.
