  • Screenshots or screen recordings of the problem you’ve encountered. You can attach them when you reply to this email.

  • The issue that you’re experiencing in as much detail as possible.

  • If you are using our apps, please let us know which versions you are using (version number will be displayed on the games store listing of your app store).

  • The device you are playing with, for example, an iPhone 13, a Chromebook etc.

  • The operating system of your device, for example which version of iOS or Android your device uses. Or if you’re using a computer, tell us which browser you are using.
