To proceed through the age gate, you need to enter your adult date of birth and not your child's.
Once logged in on your device, your child will not need to interact with an age gate again unless you actively log them out.
It is an Apple requirement for children’s apps that any links that will take a child out of the app and to a website must have an age gate. Currently, the link to our Terms and Conditions on our Sign-up page is interpreted by Apple as a website link. As such, we have had to introduce an age gate to comply.
Whilst it is relatively quick for an adult to enter their date of birth and proceed, we fully appreciate the complexity this adds for children when logging in. We are actively exploring ways to resolve this in future game updates.
