I'm getting a "Login Timeout Error"

A login timeout error might occur in three different scenarios. It might happen if your internet connection is having difficulties, if our site is having difficulties, or if a proxy setting on your device is blocking you from logging in.


On the app

  1. Ensure you have a working internet connection

  2. Check that our website is loading fine for you

  3. If our website is working, but you just can't log in on the app, please see our advice on checking your HTTP PROXY

  4. Try on a different internet connection (i.e. if you're at school, try at home and see if it works there).

During high demand, our website may be less responsive than usual.

Here's what you can do:

  1. Try refreshing the page

  2. Try using a different browser

  3. Try disabling any add-ons or extensions that may be altering the content of the website
